Let me ask you a question, do you remember the time you spent last night from say 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM? What were you doing? Could that time be used in a fashion that is helping you progress & reach your goals or is it leaving you in a state of stagnation? These are questions that you should ask yourself from time to time. In today’s culture, with the advances of technology, with the access to an infinite amount of information, with the ability to reach out via social media platforms to the entire world with a slab of glass in the palm of your hands… it would lead you to believe that you would have more time to do the things you want to do right? What if I told you that the unlimited potential and access to information, phone addiction, social media, entertainment & media, overall has caused us to become more isolated, anxious, & decreased our attention spans. Phone addiction & reliance on technology in general has been scientifically proven to be detrimental to our well being. In this episode, we will discuss the effect that poor time management & the impact phone addiction is having on the culture & also dive into some things that we can do moving forward to be more productive & healthy moving forward.
