Courtney Tailor Update
OnlyFans star Courtney Clenney has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of her estranged boyfriend at their Miami apartment earlier this year, according to reports.
The 25-year-old influencer, who goes by Courtney Tailor on social media, was arrested in Hawaii on Wednesday and is currently awaiting extradition to Florida, where she’ll face a second degree murder charge for allegedly killing 27-year-old Christian Obumseli in April, her defense attorney, Frank Prieto, confirmed to the Miami Herald.
Clenney had been at a rehab facility in Hawaii for substance abuse and post traumatic disorder when she was picked up by police, her attorney said.
“I’m completely shocked, especially since we were cooperating with the investigation and offered to voluntarily surrender her if she were charged,” Prieto told the paper. “We look forward to clearing her name in court.”
The model’s arrest comes more almost four months after prosecutors reopened a probe into the fatal stabbing. (Source Courtesy of NY Post, 2022)

[00:00:00] Montay Lee: Well on Sunday, April 3rd, Miami PD received a call about a domestic violence incident. When they arrived, they saw a 27 year old Christian Obam Selly with an apparent knife wound. Christian was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
[00:00:28] In this podcast episode, we are going to be discussing the developing story regarding Christian Obam Selly his death and the suspect Courtney Taylor, who was found at the time of the incident with blood all over her. [00:01:32] Damn son. Where’d you this. So let’s go here to the video. Well, before I get there, there was a woman who. Was at a bar where Courtney Taylor frequented, before we get to the video, actually, I want to go to the underlying story here of what was going on. Fatal Miami stabbing video shows, IgE model [00:02:00] covered in blood after boyfriends, fatal staff.
[00:02:04] New video showing the bloody aftermath of a domestic disturbance in Miami ended with one man being stabbed to death and a woman covered in blood in the footage attained by TMZ. You see the woman in sweat pants and a bra handcuffed and soaked in blood. As she sits on the floor of a luxury apartment, talking to cops, that’s the image there.

[00:02:29] You can see a woman suspected, uh, Courtney Taylor laying out on a balcony with a dog there. She has white pants, blood all over her pants. She’s wearing a bra and she’s talking to the police. She looks agitated, crying.
[00:02:55] that’s the extent of the video. [00:03:00] I’ll go on. Cops respond to Sunday to a call about a domestic violence incident involving a stabbing. And when they got there, they found the 27 year old man with an impair knife wound who was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The man Christian Obam Sally and the woman in the video were involved in a physical confrontation that turned deadly.
[00:03:23] This is a picture of the couple there cops are not releasing the woman’s name and she has not been arrested. But Lee merit and attorney working with Christian’s family say the woman is IgE model Courtney Taylor, Christian’s girlfriend,
[00:03:40] and this video, the woman’s blood. So bra and sweats are identical. Courtney was wearing earlier that same day when she posted a video of herself on Instagram live. So this was earlier the same day. This is the same day guys.[00:04:00]
[00:04:00] where do I see myself in five years? That’s a good question. Okay. I see myself with
[00:04:10] say to children, I would say at least one kid in like five years I’m on one kid should have had a daughter is, and I want like a kid, um, few houses business going on. Probably not a laugh, but we’ll see.
[00:04:37] So that’s the first thing that I wanted to cover there, get into. So that sets the stage, the scene of what’s going on. There was domestic violence incident. The Miami PD were called when they got there. They found a young man with a 27 year old man with a knife wound. He later died, Courtney Taylor. She seen their blood all over her [00:05:00] blood on her pants.
[00:05:03] It’s clear that that’s the same woman. Cause that’s what she was wearing in that video there. So what I want to get to is what the whole purpose of this podcast episode was. There is new footage, there’s new video documenting, excuse me, what’s going on with this developing story? So apparently Courtney Taylor was in a Miami hotel.
[00:05:28] A few days after her boyfriend was killed and someone started recording while she was in the lobby. And that is this video here for the audio listeners. The context will speak for itself. So let’s just play the video.
[00:05:46] Oh videotape her right now. She, yeah, you should go. Yeah, you should go. Cause you just killed your boyfriend. Yeah, you did. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. [00:06:00] Okay. Cool. So somebody started filming her when she was at the hotel, because if you don’t know this story, There’s been a claim of self-defense and also mental stability right after she was arrested.
[00:06:38] And that would not coincide with someone who is at a hotel bar already after something so much trouble, so traumatic getting dinner. So why would you want to be out in public at all? So Courtney Taylor, the model who was covered in blood after her boyfriend was brutally. Got a temperature check on how the public feels about her.
[00:06:59] And it ain’t good. [00:07:00] A video has surfaced that shows someone filming a blonde woman in the lobby area of Miami grand beach hotel Friday night with the camera person saying she will not stop recording and arguing this woman whom she believes is Taylor has no business being there, especially since her boyfriend Christian Obum celly was slain just a couple of days.
[00:07:24] I agree.
[00:07:28] The person filming also makes clear their opinion on the matter, namely that she believes Taylor may have been the one who did the stabbing something Courtney Taylor has yet to be accused of by the cops or law enforcement officials. At this point in the investigation, their IgE caption is also telling.
[00:07:49] Miami PD police. Does this look like a mentally unstable person to you as she claims?
[00:07:59] Montay Lee: [00:08:00] Mm, she’s referring to the fact that Taylor was placed in a psychiatric hold after threatening suicide. When she was brought in for questioning. Clearly she’s been released from that hole for nearly a full week. And it’s out and about not in custody. Courtney’s attorney Frank . Yeah. This is in fact his client, but he defends her being there and says, this is just an example of people running with theories without knowing the full facts.
[00:08:33] He says in part Courtney was there that night with her father who simply wanted to pop in and have a drink in private, which was disrupted by this woman who started filming.
[00:08:49] Prieto also says this. It is unfortunate that a member of the public knowing absolutely nothing about circumstances and events around the death of Mr. Open celly would take the opportunity to [00:09:00] harass the clinic family during a time that they are trying to be supportive for Courtney. Oh man. That is crazy.
[00:09:09] Come on, man. It’s listen innocent until proven guilty with everything, but it is safe for people to assume that somebody who is having mental instability and all that should not be out in public a couple of days after something so traumatic. If you want to have a drink, why don’t you have a drink at, in your room or in the house?
[00:09:32] Come on now. He also drops a bombshell allegation, telling us he believes Courtney is the victim of physical, emotional, and mental abuse at the hands of Mr. Obam Selly. While also suggesting she may even have been a victim of human trafficking without elaborating much further.
[00:09:58] What do you [00:10:00] guys believe that. Prietto also makes this clear. He believes his client was fighting for her life. During the domestic disturbance, they got cops sent out that fateful day. He claims at the time of the incident, Mr. Obam celly was committing a forcible felony. He could have gained access to Courtney’s apartment without permission on several occasions in the days leading up to the incident, he adds Courtney acted in self-defense the investigation by both the city of Miami police department and Miami-Dade state attorney.
[00:10:28] We’ll conclude such with that said we would ask for the public’s understanding about observing the family’s privacy at this time. Okay. I don’t know why they got that picture there on a TMZ report. All right. I’m going to get my thoughts on this. This is what I’m going to say with anything like this.
[00:10:46] Anybody during this time in the investigation, I say you are innocent until proven guilty. However, the public does have. To make their determinations on things, how they see fit, especially when you’re in the public [00:11:00] sphere, in the public eye. If you’re somebody that’s in something like this, there’s something so traumatic.
[00:11:06] I find it very strange that you will be out at a hotel at a bar. Going and getting a drink in public. If you want it to have a private drink, it probably was in your best interest to have somebody go get the drink for you, have it in your room, have it at your residence. Let’s, let’s be honest. Let’s be real.
[00:11:26] And when it comes to this situation, I find it odd that when there is usually when there’s a woman involved in cases like this, as far too often, they’re given the benefit of the. Do we really believe that that was a man covered in blood knelt down, and a woman was found stabbed and later died that the person would not already be charged by now, come on, man.
[00:11:54] You cannot tell me that there is not some tomfoolery going on when [00:12:00] it comes to the. The reasonable doubt and the like omissions that people give to women rather than men in situations like this now she’s uh, somebody that’s been subject to human trafficking. Now she’s a victim and all that. When we have this, we have this.
[00:12:22] I’m not going to say anything else. I got one other thing for you. Hold on, wait for it.

Listen to all the facts, listen to everybody’s point of view, investigate and believe all truth. And I’m skeptical about this woman here. And I’m going to leave it at that.
